Order Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. During high-demand periods (including holidays, promotions, or new product launches), processing times may extend up to 5 business days.
Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Estimated delivery time: 7-10 business days
International (Canada & Select Countries)
Estimated delivery time: 7–14 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or high-volume shipping periods.
Shipping Costs
United States:
- Orders under $50: Shipping calculated at checkout
- Orders $50 and over: Free standard shipping
International:
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination and carrier rates.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please allow an additional 48 hours before contacting us.
- Lost Packages: We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and may offer a replacement if necessary.

Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
Avila Design Treasure’s is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 3 hours of purchase. After this timeframe, orders may already be in processing or production and cannot be changed.
Print-on-Demand Products
Some items are made-to-order. These products may require additional processing time. Each item is produced specifically for you to ensure quality.
Additional Information
Due to the nature of print products, slight variations in print color or alignment may occur and are not considered defects.
